It is a ground-floor villa unit that can accommodate up to four guests (2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults). Thanks to the *piloti* (stilt) structure, the unit is elevated to the height of a second floor, and parking is available in the open space beneath the building. Please inquire separately regarding bedding and daily necessities.
Take local bus Seodaemun 01 from Exit 3 of Hongje Station (Line 3), get off at the 'Garage' (Chagoji) stop, and walk for 1 minute. A 20-minute drive to Gwanghwamun, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Severance Hospital, and Kangbuk Samsung Hospital. A 16-minute trip via bus 163 to Sinchon and Yonsei University.
Self check-in; details regarding your stay will be provided after the booking is confirmed. The unit is equipped with one queen-size bed and one super-single size mattress (no bed frame). Check-in: 4:00 PM / Check-out: 11:00 AM (times adjustable upon request).

Upon check-out, charges will be calculated and billed based on actual gas, water, and electricity usage.
