Smoking is not allowed indoors. General waste: Place in a standard garbage bag and dispose of it on the 1st floor. (Standard garbage bags can be purchased at the supermarket.) Food waste: Swipe your card at the food waste disposal machine on the 1st floor to dispose of it. (Cards are provided in the kitchen.) Recyclables: Separate and dispose of them at the recycling area on the 1st floor. For other waste, please inquire at the security office before disposal. As there is no cleaning fee, please clean and tidy up before checking out. ✅ A cleaning fee may be charged depending on the cleanliness of the room upon check-out.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
