We welcome women in their 20s and 30s, including undergraduates, graduate students, office workers, job seekers, exam preparers, and nursing students. Located near the Chung-Ang University main gate and Chung-Ang University Hospital. 8-minute walk to Heukseok Station. Fully furnished; just bring your suitcase and move right in. New LG air conditioners installed in every room. Close to the amenities of Heukseok Station, the university main gate, and the hospital (within 5 minutes). Features two washing machines, a spacious living room, a large kitchen, and ample common areas. Personal lockers provided. Fully equipped with a dryer, hot/cold/ice water purifier, rice cooker, microwave, and large refrigerator.
7 minutes from Heukseok Station (Line 7) Get off at Chung-Ang University / Chung-Ang University Hospital.
Once the booking is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is not permitted inside the room.
