CCTV is installed on every floor, and windows feature double locks and additional security latches, making it a safe place for women to live. Many female university students currently reside here. It is close to Sungshin Women's University, Korea University, Duksung Women's University, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, Hansung University, Sungkyunkwan University, Kookmin University, and more. Both the room and bathroom have their own windows, ensuring good ventilation and a bright, pleasant atmosphere. It is not a semi-basement; it is located on the 1.5th floor.^^

I’ve stayed on both the second and first floors, but personally, I preferred the first floor. The soundproofing is good, and it’s convenient thanks to the nearby restaurants and good transport links. You just need to pick up items like summer bedding, towels, and toiletries at Daiso.
