This is a great space for those who have a romantic ideal of a rooftop room. The previous long-term tenant (a university student) recently moved out, so we've switched to short-term rentals. Please consider it a typical studio apartment. Basic items (towels, hair dryer, etc.) are provided, but since it's not a hotel, basic hygiene items (toilet paper, shampoo, toothpaste, etc.) may not be available depending on the situation. It might be helpful to think of it as staying in a studio apartment.

It's a 1-minute walk from the back gate of Sangji University campus.
- Since I am not in Wonju on some days, check-in is usually done non-face-to-face. - We will inform you of the door lock password when check-in is confirmed. - Please feel free to use the facilities and space in the attic room, but please return it to its original condition after use. - The ideal number of occupants is within 3 people, but please contact us if you need to add more people. - Smoking is not allowed indoors. - Please dispose of the generated garbage in accordance with the volume-based waste disposal system/separate collection, just like other residents.
As it is a university town, all basic amenities are available.
If you use excessive electricity and gas, you may be asked to pay an additional fee upon check-out. (Especially if you raise the heating temperature too much in winter and get hit with a huge city gas bill, ㅠ)
I'm doing well during my rental.
There's definitely a rooftop romance here. I stayed during the cold winter season, and as instructed, setting the rooftop room's heating to 23-25 degrees made it pleasantly warm. The bedding was provided, so I didn't have to bring my own, which was convenient. I also made sure to separate my trash on the first floor. It felt like being a college student, just like the back gate of Sangji University. I had a good rest for a week. I'll use it again when I come to Wonju next time.
