The air conditioner has been professionally cleaned. Amenities include a comfortable bed with bedding and pillows, a direct-flow water purifier, hangers, a desk, a rice cooker, and an electric kettle. We also provide basic toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, and toilet paper) as well as standard and food waste disposal bags. Two washing machines are shared among ten households. We provide six 2-liter bottles of drinking water per week. You have access to shared washing machines and dryers. The heating system operates 24 hours a day, ensuring a constant supply of hot water. A direct-flow water purifier with a 4-stage filtration system (with filters replaced periodically) is also available.
It is a 3-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Galwol-dong/Namyeong-dong and a 5-minute walk to the bus stop bound for Seoul Station; it is also a 5-minute walk to Seoul Station (Line 4), 7 minutes to Seoul Station (Line 1), and 7 minutes to Sookmyung Women's Univ. Station (Line 4).
For additional stays of one week or less, the rate is 25,000 KRW per day (including maintenance fees); please let us know in advance. Due to the nature of the studio, please avoid making loud noises, and do not speak loudly after 10 PM. You will be required to pay for any damages or cleaning costs—deducted from your deposit—in the event of property damage, soiled or damaged bedding, stained towels or walls, lost items, or damaged/soiled household goods. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the room. Please do not lie on the bed or lean against the walls while wearing clothing (such as jeans or T-shirts) that may transfer dye. Please avoid spilling food on the bedding. Placing bedding directly on the floor can cause damage. Using towels to wipe up spills or dirt—rather than for personal use—can damage them; please use the dishcloth provided at the sink instead. Please do not scratch or damage the rice cooker by using a spoon; use the provided paddle. When using the induction cooktop, please be careful not to overheat the pan and cause burning. Please do not remove any of the provided household items. The standard cleaning fee does not cover the cost of addressing the issues mentioned above. Additionally, most bedding and household items are reused by other guests after cleaning, so we kindly ask that you use them with care.
A Seoul Station supermarket, Daiso, and Huam Market are within a 10-minute walk, while the bustling areas of Namyeong-dong and Sookmyung Women's University are 15 minutes away. Towards Namsan, you will find hiking trails and Namsan Park, as well as Namsan Tower, which offers a panoramic view of Seoul.
Additional management fees will be charged if electricity, water, etc., are used excessively.
The best part was how attentive the landlord was throughout my stay. Whenever an issue arose, it was resolved very quickly, allowing me to stay without any major inconvenience. 1. Very convenient transportation - There is a bus stop right in front of the house served by various routes, making it very convenient. 2. Comfortable bed - The bed is soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. 3. Nearby restaurants - If you go up the hill toward Huam-dong, there are plenty of delicious restaurants. There were many other advantages as well, and it was a great place to live. I would love to stay here again if I visit Seoul in the future.
