This is a clean room that was recently remodeled. It has 2 rooms and can comfortably accommodate 3 people as a standard, and up to 4 people. There is 1 queen-size bed and 1 super single bed, so families, friends, and groups can stay comfortably. It is equipped with Wi-Fi and 2 air conditioners, so it is pleasant all year round. It is also equipped with kitchen appliances such as an induction cooktop, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as a hair dryer and capsule coffee, making it a suitable space for both long-term and short-term stays.
It is 5 minutes from Hoegi Station. It is 10 minutes from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies Station.
We will send you a message with usage instructions once the contract is confirmed. Smoking is not allowed indoors.
It is 15 minutes away from Kyung Hee Medical Center. It is right in front of the back door of Imun-dong Catholic Church. Convenience stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, and laundromats are within 5 minutes.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
