This is a rooftop unit. It has a yard, so you can grill meat and hang out without worrying about disturbing neighbors downstairs with noise. There is a roof, so you won't get rained on directly. There are a few inconveniences: - The toilet is located at the far left end, but the sink is in the shower area at the far right end (past the rooms); you have to wash your hands using the showerhead at the makeshift sink there (please refer to the photos). - The ceiling height in the shower area is around 173cm. Please be aware of this limitation. If you are tall, you will need to sit on the provided folding chair while washing. The ceiling heights in the rooms are 192cm and 204cm, respectively. - One of the rooms tends to be humid, so a humidifier is provided; please use it frequently. Offering this at an affordable price.
On foot: Hwangnidan-gil, Bonghwangdae, and Daereungwon are all a 10-minute walk straight ahead; a bus stop and public parking lot are 1 minute away; a convenience store is right across the street; Top Mart is 5 minutes away; Hanaro Mart is 14 minutes away; Seongdong Market is 10 minutes away; Jungang Market is 5 minutes away; Nonghyup Bank is 4 minutes away; and Kookmin Bank is 5 minutes away.
• If you plan to bring camping gear, please let me know in advance so I can lay down a ground sheet (to protect the yard surface). • The home karaoke machine in the room can only be used until 8 PM (as the sound carries to the building next door). • I’ve removed all my personal belongings, so what you see in the photos is exactly what’s there. There are no expensive items—just the essentials like appliances and furniture—so feel free to use them comfortably. Just let me know if you need anything else, like kitchen supplies, and I’ll bring them over. • Smoking is prohibited inside the room; please smoke in the yard instead. • If you sort your trash for recycling, I’ll take care of disposing of it. -> Feel free to chat if you have any questions!
