🎈 This is a three-story detached house (including the rooftop level). 📌 Recently renovated; the owner personally cleans and maintains the property to ensure it stays spotless. ✔️ Floors 1 & 2: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 combined living room/kitchen, and 1 laundry room. ✔️ 3rd Floor: Rooftop level. ✔️ Amenities: 1 queen-size bed, 2 floor toppers, and basic kitchenware provided. ✔️ Air conditioning installed in the bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors. ✔️ Oil-fired heating system. ☝️ The rooftop offers a view of the Busan Harbor Bridge, making the scenery especially stunning at night. ☝️ Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding short-term stays (such as a one-week visit, business trip, or other needs).
✔️ Bus stops for major downtown areas (Nampo-dong, Seomyeon) are within a 5-minute walk. ✔️ Centrally located, allowing for a 20–30 minute drive to areas like Gwangalli and Yeongdo.
