This is a fully furnished room, a 4-minute walk from Baekun Station. It is equipped with a TV, bed, refrigerator, washing machine, sink, microwave, air conditioner, radiant cooktop, bathroom (toilet), portable table, clothes drying rack, blackout curtains, wardrobe, and shoe rack. The bed cover is provided. You will need to bring your own personal bedding. You will also need to bring personal items such as towels, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and soap. The management fee includes water, electricity, personal internet (not shared internet, Wi-Fi password protected), and cable TV, so there are no additional payments required upon check-out.
Baegun Station is a 4-minute walk away. Bupyeong 3-dong Administrative Welfare Center, 4 minutes on foot Bupyeong Library, 8 minutes on foot Bupyeong Art Center, 9 minutes on foot Bucheon University, take the train at Baegun Station, get off at Exit 3 of Bucheon Station after 5 stops, and walk for 12 minutes Catholic University of Korea, Sungshim Campus, take the train at Baegun Station, get off at Exit 3 of Sosa Station after 6 stops, and walk for 10 minutes
Since there are several rooms in the building, please be careful not to make the TV or phone calls too loud, especially in the evening. You can watch TV with your own earphones or headphones with a 3.5mm audio jack. A 1m audio extension cable (3.5mm aux) is provided in the room. You can connect this audio extension cable to the audio output terminal on the back of the TV, and then connect your earphones or headphones to this extension cable. Bupyeong Library is an 8-minute walk away. If you become a member, you can borrow books, study, use the internet, and print at the library. Even if you are not an Incheon citizen, you can register as a member of the Book Link program and visit Bupyeong Library to use its services. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the building. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or inside the building. Registration of change of address is not possible. The heating is electric. The door lock password will be provided upon check-in.
Baegun Park and Bupyeong Park are nearby. Both are about a 10-minute walk away. If you want to go to Daiso or Lotte Mart, you have to go to the vicinity of Bupyeong Station. It takes about 30 minutes on foot.
Water, electricity, private internet (not shared internet), and cable TV fees are all included in the management fee. Therefore, there are no separate charges to settle when you check out. However, if you use the included items excessively, additional management fees may be requested.

The host is quick to respond and kind. It's clean and a good value for the price. The walls are thin, so it's not soundproof. There are blackout curtains, but they don't completely block out the light, so it's bright when sleeping during the day.
