This is a fully furnished room located a 4-minute walk from Baegun Station. Amenities include a TV, bed, refrigerator, washing machine, sink, microwave, air conditioner, electric cooktop, bathroom, movable table, drying rack, blackout curtains, wardrobe, and shoe cabinet. A bed cover is provided, but you must bring your own additional bedding. Please also bring personal items such as towels, toothpaste, a toothbrush, and soap. The management fee covers water, electricity, private internet (secured with a Wi-Fi password, not a shared connection), and cable TV, so there are no additional charges to pay upon checkout.

As this is a multi-unit building, please be mindful of noise levels—especially in the evening—so that TV volume or phone conversations do not disturb others. You may connect personal earphones or headphones to the 3.5mm audio jack to watch TV. The heating system runs on off-peak electricity. There is a thermostat in the room. To use the thermostat, plug it into an outlet and press the power button. The light will flash initially but will turn solid red after a short while. You must connect and turn on the thermostat to use hot water. Even outside of winter, the early hours of spring and autumn can be chilly, so the thermostat is often used for heating. In such cases, the water remains hot from the overnight heating, so hot water is available even if the thermostat is turned off. However, during the summer when heating is rarely used, it may take a considerable amount of time for hot water to become available after connecting the thermostat. Bupyeong Library is located an 8-minute walk away. By signing up for membership, you can borrow books, study, use the internet, and print documents. Even if you are not an Incheon resident, you can use the library by signing up for "Chakieum" membership and registering your visit at Bupyeong Library. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the building. Smoking is prohibited inside the room and the building. You cannot register your official address (move-in registration) here. I will provide the door lock passcode when you check in.
The faucet lever is set to hot water on the left and cold water on the right. When the lever is positioned toward the hot water side, the water may contain a significant amount of rust. This is especially likely when using the water for the first time in the morning after a long period of inactivity overnight, as the water that has been sitting in the pipes is released. In such cases, please run the water for a while until it flows clear before using it. Unless you specifically need hot water, it is better to keep the kitchen and bathroom faucet levers turned to the right. Regarding the bathroom, we provide the room with a fresh filter already installed in the shower head. To extend the life of the shower filter, please avoid turning on the shower immediately when using the bathroom water for the first time in the morning; instead, let the water run sufficiently from the sink faucet first, then switch the flow to the shower. We have provided spare shower filters. However, since removing the old filter and installing a new one in the shower head can be cumbersome, we have also provided a separate shower head that already has a new filter installed. You do not need to perform the actual filter replacement; simply remove the existing shower head and attach the spare one we have provided. You can detach the shower head by turning the large connecting nut by hand, then attach the other shower head and tighten the nut.
Water, electricity, personal internet (not shared internet), and cable TV charges are all included in the management fee; therefore, there are no separate charges to settle upon moving out. However, additional management fees may be charged in cases of abnormally excessive usage of these included services.
The bathroom lacked a ventilation fan, so it never really dried out, and the presence of small crawling bugs meant it didn't feel clean. Unlike other places, perhaps to comply with regulations, there were no blankets or pillows—just a single, ill-fitting bedsheet—which took me by surprise. However, the Wi-Fi worked well, and the various instructional guides posted around the room were helpful. While I wasn't entirely satisfied, considering the price, it was a decent enough place to stay.

The landlord and the property manager were kind, but aside from that, the rusty water and hot water issues were a bit of a struggle.
