Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Self check-in (contactless). Check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of your arrival. Indoor smoking, cooking strong-smelling foods, and bringing pets are prohibited. Resident registration (moving in) is not permitted. The base occupancy is 2 people (please inquire separately for additional guests). CCTV is installed outside the property for fire and crime prevention. Please be mindful of noise after 10 PM to avoid complaints. You will be charged for any damage to or contamination of property.

Convenient facilities such as Olive Young, Starbucks, Daiso, local restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, and hospitals are all close by. The area is safe even at night, making it a suitable place for women to stay.
