This is a clean, fully furnished unit located on the 6th floor of a building newly constructed in 2026. The building features a secure communal entrance on the ground floor and an elevator. With a layout that separates the living room and kitchen, it is designed to accommodate two people while allowing them to maintain their individual lifestyles. Equipped with a wardrobe and a desk, it is highly recommended for those seeking temporary accommodation for short-term stays, business trips, exam preparation, or hospital visits. Ceiling-mounted air conditioning and double-glazed windows ensure the space stays cool in the summer and warm in the winter. A washing machine and dryer are installed on the balcony. You will have exclusive use of the entire space; there are no shared areas.
It is a 2-minute walk from Sagajeong Station (Line 7). Gangnam, Seongsu, Konkuk Univ., Jongno, Myeong-dong, and DDP are all accessible within 30 minutes.
Check-in is after 4 PM, and check-out is before 11 AM. Self check-in (contactless). Check-in instructions will be sent via message on the morning of your arrival. Indoor smoking, cooking strong-smelling foods, and bringing pets are prohibited. Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. The base occupancy is 2 people (please inquire separately for additional guests). CCTV is installed outside the property for fire and crime prevention. Please be mindful of noise after 10 PM to avoid complaints. You will be charged for any damage to or soiling of the property or its contents.
There are plenty of food options nearby, thanks to the Myeonmok-dong Traditional Market. Convenient facilities such as Olive Young, Starbucks, Daiso, local restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacies, and hospitals are all close by. The area is safe even at night, making it a suitable place for women to stay.
All utilities are included in the maintenance fee. A separate monthly parking fee of 50,000 won applies if using the parking lot.
They were kind and quick to respond to my inquiries. It is close to the station, and with an E-Mart Everyday and a market nearby, it is very convenient for daily living. I stayed for about nine weeks and had a comfortable, hassle-free experience. Highly recommended!
