Yet, just a 5-minute walk away, you can fully immerse yourself in the trendy youth culture of Yeonnam-dong and Hongdae. → Fully experience Seoul’s youth culture during the day, and recharge in a quiet residential neighborhood at night—a dual lifestyle environment where your "play" space and "rest" space are naturally separated. For those whose quality of stay depends on the quality of their rest—such as international students at Korean language institutes, outpatients and their caregivers, or guests staying for a month—the unique rhythm of this neighborhood offers a distinct advantage rarely found in other short-term accommodations.

Thanks to the owners for taking such good care of me, I had a very comfortable stay. I stayed long-term starting in February... It was close to Yonsei University, so commuting was convenient, and I liked that there were many restaurants, supermarkets, and other amenities nearby. I had a great time. Thank you.
It's spacious and clean. I had a good rest.
I stayed here because of my hospital schedule. The location was great, making it easy to get to and from Severance Hospital. Buses and convenience stores were also nearby, making daily life convenient. Although it was a semi-basement, the large window made it brighter than expected, and it was well-ventilated, so it didn't feel stuffy. It was quiet, which was good for resting after treatment, and the bathroom was clean, so there were no inconveniences. There was an organic market nearby, so it was convenient to buy groceries, and the host was in the same building, so I could get help immediately when needed. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet accommodation near the hospital.
