It is within 20 minutes of Seongsu and Apgujeong. It is 30 minutes from Gangnam. It is conveniently located for access to major central areas of Seoul.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. We welcome those who can abide by this rule. If you smoke in the accommodation, a special cleaning fee may be charged. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions.
You can take a walk or run at Seosomun Historical Park and Son Kee-chung Sports Park. Seoul Station Lotte Mart and the neighborhood's Haetbitchon Discount Mart are nearby. Restaurants, convenience stores, and cafes near the house are also close, making it convenient to live.

I occasionally use 33M2 because my parents live overseas, but I'm always dissatisfied with the cleanliness, so I was worried it would be the same this time. I brought cleaning tools and visited in advance to clean it myself. But, this is the first time I've seen a house this clean and well-organized. The house is really clean. 🥹 The house is spacious and the location is the best. My parents even said they want to stay here again next year. This is the first time I've seen a place like this. It's really close to the subway and the location is the best. It's close to Chungjeongno Station on Line 5. And the host is so, so kind. 😭 I'm usually too lazy to leave a review, but I'm leaving one here because I really want a lot of people to use this place. Thank you, host!
