It's the perfect place for those who want to enjoy the lively neighborhood atmosphere until late at night. Please note that there may be noise from the restaurant's operation in the evening, so we highly recommend it to travelers who prefer 'nighttime vibrancy' and 'convenient location' rather than those who desire quiet meditation. (For reference, you can enjoy the surprising tranquility in the morning!) (Advantages) 1. "Sseul-se-kwon" (convenience zone): Convenience facilities such as GS25 convenience store (24 hours), Daiso, Terra Coffee, and coin laundry are very close. 2. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (100/10!) My friends and I stayed at Miss Shin's property for two weeks and absolutely loved it! The location near Hapjeong Station is incredibly convenient. Trains and buses are super accessible, a CU convenience store is just a 2-minute walk away, and Daiso, Olive Young, and tons of restaurants are right around the corner. The place has everything you need for a stay in Korea: AC, washer/dryer, microwave, kitchen tools, humidifier, drying racks, TV, and a vanity. The beds are amazingly soft—like sleeping on a cloud! Miss Shin is a phenomenal 10/10 host. She was so responsive and accommodated both our early morning check-in and a late check-out. She even drove from another city just to bring us extra laundry pods and left us Korean snacks. We will definitely book again! Highly recommended!

The location is great, and the place is clean. I also liked that the room was spacious. However, sharing the entrance with the Gwanghan-ri restaurant is a bit inconvenient.
