CCTV is installed inside and outside the building and on each floor, so female guests can stay with peace of mind. A shared dryer is available, and a water purifier can be rented for the room.

The management fee is based on two people. If there are additional people, an additional charge of 10,000 won per person per week will be applied. Electricity, water, and gas bills are included in the management fee. However, if the weekly usage fee exceeds 50,000 won, an additional charge may be incurred for the excess amount. Within the normal range of use, no additional charges have ever been incurred, so please use with confidence.
The accommodation was clean and quiet, making for a very comfortable stay. The host was kind and responsive, so I experienced absolutely no issues. It was close to Bulgwangcheon Stream, which was great for walks, and there were so many excellent restaurants nearby that I never had to worry about meals. A large supermarket was also just a 2–3 minute walk away, making it very convenient to shop for groceries or other necessities. I was highly satisfied with the location and convenience, and I would definitely stay here again if I visit the area in the future. Thank you!
