⛱️ There is a sea breakwater on the right side of the apartment, so it is good to take a walk while enjoying the cool East Sea breeze, and there is also a park. 🍃 There are 3 convenience stores and Composed coffee within a 5-minute walk. 🌿 There is a walking trail along the coastline on the left side of the apartment, so it is good to relax 👍. 🌞 There is a Samcheok Hoe Center within a 5-minute walk, and there are snow crab restaurants nearby.
The management fee includes all utility bills such as electricity, water, gas, and internet. 💡 However, if excessive use beyond the normal range is confirmed, additional management fees may be charged. Cleaning fees are not charged separately. We ask that guests keep the space clean. 🙏

I was looking for the best workcation spot to focus on a project for my company, so I decided to rent this place for a short term. First of all, the accommodation was very clean overall, and it had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, so there was no inconvenience in my daily life. In particular, there was a 6-person dining table, which was the perfect environment for working with a laptop. The veranda overlooked the sea, and there was almost no noise other than the sound of the waves, so it was a really good space to concentrate on work. There were also many restaurants and cafes nearby, and they were located right in front, so it was great for a walk. Thanks to this, I was able to finish the project successfully. The owner was also very kind and considerate, which made my stay even more satisfying, and I was able to check out in a good mood. Next time, I would like to visit again not for work, but to live with my family for a month!
