Our Philstay is a space prepared with the balance of quietness and location as the most important factor. It is a 5-8 minute walk to Dadaepo Beach and the sunset spot, but it is located in a residential area with less tourist noise, so it is very calm at night. It is a well-suited environment for those who want a comfortable rest even while traveling. We aimed for a structure that is comfortable to stay in for a long time rather than being flashy. It is a space where you can stay while maintaining your daily rhythm with a washing machine, dryer, kitchen, and tableware. At sunset, you can walk out to Dadaepo Beach without any special plans to enjoy the sunset, and then return as if you were taking a walk.
It is a 5 to 10-minute walk from Dadaepo Beach Station, and there is a slight uphill climb. It takes about 35 minutes by car or subway from the airport and Busan Station.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. There is a separate smoking area near the outdoor parking lot.
To ensure a comfortable stay and cost savings for our guests, all incidental expenses are included in the management fee, which has been set at the minimum amount.
The place was incredibly clean, and we had absolutely no issues during our stay. It was convenient to walk to Dadaepo Beach with the kids, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. I would definitely love to stay here again!
It's clean and the surrounding amenities are well-equipped. I'd like to use it again when I come on a business trip next time.
