This is a double station area location, with both Yuseong Oncheon Station (about a 10-minute walk) and Guam Station accessible. There are various bus routes near the house that go throughout Daejeon, so it is possible to live using only public transportation. In particular, the accessibility to Guam Station, where you can take a direct bus to Incheon Airport, is excellent, making it very suitable for those entering the country directly from overseas as well as for international students.
This accommodation operates with a contactless check-in system. Upon confirmation of your stay, we will send you a detailed guide on how to use the accommodation. Your room number will be assigned separately after the contract is signed (room numbers on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are randomly assigned). A shared kitchen is available for simple cooking. It is a separate common area, so it can be used cleanly. Please bring your own personal items and consumables (if this is difficult, please consult with us).
It is adjacent to KAIST and Chungnam National University Research Complex, and the satisfaction of related people is very high. In addition, it is very easy to access not only Seon Hospital but also MBL Hospital and Yuseong Public Health Center. Not only KAIST and Chungnam National University students and staff, but also hospital interns are frequently revisiting. There are no entertainment facilities nearby, so it is quiet and pleasant. We would like to provide clean accommodation at a reasonable price. Chungnam National University, KAIST, and Yuseong Oncheon Station are all within walking distance, making it very suitable for staying for a certain period of time when business schedules change due to sudden business trips. Chungnam National University Research Complex and KAIST are nearby, and convenience stores, large supermarkets, laundromats, and 24-hour laundromats are also nearby, making life very convenient.
