This accommodation is conveniently located along the Cheonbyeon walking trail, allowing for a pleasant walk to KAIST and Chungnam National University. It's also just a 10-minute stroll to Yuseong Oncheon Station on Subway Line 1. With major commercial areas and transportation hubs all within walking distance, you can fully enjoy the charm of Yuseong without a car.
It is a 10-minute walk from Yuseong Oncheon Station and a 15-minute walk from Gu-am Station, making it very easy to find. If you are coming from Seoul, it is only a 5-10 minute walk from the terminal, so even first-time visitors can come with peace of mind. There are many bus stops around the accommodation, making it a transportation hub that connects directly to all major attractions in Daejeon.
To ensure a comfortable move-in, we will send you detailed room information (random assignment of rooms on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors) and usage guidelines after confirmation. Contactless move-in is standard, but in-person assistance is available upon request. A shared kitchen is available for simple cooking. It is a separate common area, ensuring cleanliness. Please bring your own personal items and consumables (if this is difficult, please consult with us).
Located near a university, prices are relatively low, making it less burdensome even for long-term stays. There are many restaurants where you can enjoy a meal alone without feeling self-conscious, and you can also enjoy the restaurants in Bongmyeong-dong's hot spots. Upon check-in, I will share a list of "authentic local restaurants" that I have personally selected. I confidently recommend this clean and practical accommodation at an affordable price to those looking for such a place.
