This accommodation is located in the terminal area, a 5-10 minute walk from the Yuseong Kumho Express Bus Terminal, which you can reach from Seoul Gangnam Central City. Yuseong Oncheon Station is also a 10-minute walk away, making it convenient to travel anywhere in Daejeon. Even if you have luggage, a taxi from the terminal will be sufficient for the basic fare, so we highly recommend it to business travelers from Seoul.
Parking is available inside the building, and when it's full, there are usually available parking lines nearby. Due to the nature of a university town, parking is not very complicated, making it convenient. After confirmation, you will be assigned a room (room numbers on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors are randomly assigned). A shared kitchen is available for simple cooking. It is a separate common area from the rooms, so it can be used cleanly. Please bring your own personal consumables (if this is difficult, please consult with us).
It is located within a pleasant walking distance along the riverside road from Yuseong Oncheon Station and Gu-am Station. There are numerous bus routes passing through the bus stop near the accommodation, including a direct route to Daejeon Station, making transportation very convenient. In particular, it is an attractive accommodation as it is within walking distance even if you get off at Yuseong after taking an express bus from Seoul.
This is a double station area location, with both Yuseong Oncheon Station (about a 10-minute walk) and Guam Station accessible. There are various bus routes near the house that go throughout Daejeon, so it is possible to live using only public transportation. In particular, the accessibility to Guam Station, where you can take a direct bus to Incheon Airport, is excellent, making it very suitable for those entering the country directly from overseas as well as for international students.
