It is within walking distance of KAIST and Chungnam National University, so it is highly recommended for students, researchers, and those visiting for school-related business. It has a cozy atmosphere that is good for concentrating on studying or working, and it is also close to Yuseong Oncheon Station, making transportation very convenient. There is a large, cost-effective supermarket nearby, and among the stores around Yuseong Oncheon Station, there is a fairly large Daiso store, and a large supermarket is also within walking distance.
Chungnam National University is a 3-5 minute walk away, and KAIST is a 15-minute walk along the Cheonbyeon-gil, making it an ideal location. You can get around much faster by using a TASHU (bicycle) or your own bicycle near the accommodation. (If you ask, we will guide you to the fastest route.) It is also very convenient to take a bus from the bus stop in front of Starbucks across from the accommodation to Doryong-dong Shinsegae Art & Science and the Research Complex.
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you detailed accommodation information (room number assigned randomly). A shared kitchen is available for simple cooking. It is a separate common area from the room, so it can be used cleanly. Please bring your own personal items and consumables (if this is difficult, please consult us).
This is a precious accommodation where you can feel the changes of the four seasons. Take a 20-minute run along the stream right in front of the building and breathe in the fresh air. It has a natural environment that washes away the fatigue of your body and mind. We highly recommend that you experience the walking course that leads to a small forest path in Chungnam National University near the house during your stay.
All utility bills (free Wi-Fi, water, electricity, gas) are included in the management fee.
