This is a spacious room with a large terrace that you can use exclusively in a neighborhood where Seongsu's hot spots are gathered. The terrace is a large space of nearly 20 pyeong, and since you have exclusive use of the entire 4th floor, you can enjoy it without worrying about outsiders. The interior of the room is a small and cozy space of 8 pyeong, including the bathroom, but it is prepared to be used to its full potential. It has a queen-size bed, 100% cotton bedding, and a latex mattress to ensure you get a good night's sleep during your trip. Outdoor barbecue equipment is available for free rental. (No personal fire or charcoal allowed)

Daiso, which is essential for long-term stays, is a 10-minute walk away! There's also a neighborhood mart called Good Morning Mart that sells a variety of ingredients, including seafood and meat, just like a large supermarket! In addition, we'll send you a list of recommended restaurants near the accommodation when you make a reservation!

These were a wonderful 3 weeks in a very pleasant area of Seoul! The host is incredibly responsive and very kind to communicate with 😌 We had a barbecue on the rooftop and spent a lot of a great time there. Everything in the house worked perfectly, we especially loved the lighting, the comfortable bed, and it turned out that the place is even cozier than in the photos because the host had updated the interior just before our arrival! We would like to say a huge thanks and we hope that one day we will return! 😊
Those with a lot of luggage will have a hard time.
