We are Hanyang University students majoring in arts and athletics; we are offering a short-term rental because we frequently need to be away from home for extended periods. We prefer to rent to students, alumni, or professionals staying for work, as we feel this arrangement would be mutually convenient. This is a single-occupancy studio (approx. 23 m² / 7 pyeong) located just a two-minute walk from Hanyang University and Wangsimni Station. Designed as a living and study space for university and graduate students, it features an inner door separating the kitchen from the main room. The use of wooden sound-absorbing materials ensures excellent soundproofing, allowing for a quiet and comfortable stay. A bus stop with direct service to Seongsu-dong is only a 10-second walk away, and the location offers easy access to E-Mart, CGV, Hanyang University, Myeong-dong, and Hongdae.
- It is a 2-minute walk from Wangsimni Station. - It is a 10-second walk from the bus stops for routes 121 and 2013. - Parking is available at the public parking lot (Majang National Sports Center) right in front. - 300 won per 5 minutes / 3,600 won per hour
- Check-in: 3 PM / Check-out: 12 PM - The bed has been replaced with a larger size than shown in the photo (1100x2000). - This accommodation is for single occupancy only. - Nearby sports facilities: > Daily gym pass: 4,700 KRW (no time limit) > Swimming pool: Weekdays 3 PM–4 PM Weekends 3 PM–7 PM (4,000 KRW per hour) - Toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and shampoo are not provided. (A convenience store is located just a 1-minute walk away.) - Dish soap and hand wash are provided. - Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited. - You may be liable for damages if permanent stains occur on the bedding, walls, or floors.

The room is great. It leaves nothing to be desired in terms of location, cleanliness, and nearby amenities.
