This is a clean room that was remodeled in February 2026. I lived here myself for 3 years, so I'm confident in its condition. Unlike typical semi-basement apartments, it gets good natural light, making it bright and pleasant. The window faces a direction with no pedestrian traffic, so there's no visual interference, and you can live quietly without worrying about privacy. It's listed at a reasonable price compared to the market rate. If you see it in person, you'll realize it's much brighter and has a more stable structure than you might expect. Nearby, there are Daiso, No Brand, and Lotte Mart, making daily life convenient, and you can also run on the Seoul National University of Education track.
It is 4 minutes from Gyodae Station. You can take a bus to Gangnam from the bus stop in front of the house.

Above all, its prime location—close to both the subway and bus stops—made getting around Seoul incredibly convenient. Thanks to this, I could freely explore the city and make the most of my time without any wasted moments. The room was cozy and quiet, ensuring I slept well every night, and I felt as comfortable as if I were at home throughout my two-month stay.
