First of all, the room is exactly like the pictures, the bathroom is clean, and it even has a washing machine, which is great. I didn't know it, but the washing machine also has a dryer function! So I used the dryer a lot, haha. It's a fully furnished place with basic cooking utensils, a clothes rack, hangers, bedding, an electric kettle, a microwave, an induction cooktop, dish soap, a desk and chair, and an air conditioner. I booked it for my internship, and I had a good two weeks here! Oh, and having an elevator was really nice, haha. The soundproofing between rooms is good, so it's fine. There's a grocery store right in front, which is great because it sells not only groceries but also daily necessities. And there's a 7-Eleven if you go down the elevator and turn left, so the location is good! Also, it's about a 5-minute walk to Yeonsu Station, so it's convenient for getting around. The recycling and trash disposal area is also in front of the security office on the first floor, which is great >.< The door has a double lock and a small peephole, so it's safe for a woman living alone like me, and there's also CCTV, which made me feel secure, haha. To be honest, the room rate isn't expensive, and considering the location and internal facilities, it's really, really worth every penny! If you're looking for a room nearby and are hesitating, just choose this place without a second thought π
