The Garden Room is a pet-friendly room where you can exclusively use a 15-pyeong (approx. 49.5 sq m) single-story house and a 50-pyeong (approx. 165 sq m) yard on a 65-pyeong (approx. 214.5 sq m) plot of land. It is a private, detached room, so you can use it as if it were a private house. * Yard - The entire yard is surrounded by fences and trees, so your pets can run around freely. - Outdoor tables, chairs, and a parasol are provided, so you can enjoy a barbecue. - A lawn garden is available. (Pest and tick control is performed twice a month.) * Parking - The parking lot is a shared space.
It is located 5 minutes from Pyoseon downtown, and the bus stop is right in front of the accommodation, so the Obseo bus is in operation. Due to the nature of Jeju Island, it is difficult to move without a rental car, but the bus stop is right in front of the house, so you can move comfortably if you check the bus schedule well. ^^ From the airport, there is a direct bus to Pyoseon-myeon Office, and pickup from the office to the accommodation is also possible (at check-in).
* Check-in: After 4 PM (cleaning preparation time is required) * After the contract is completed, check-in information, Wi-Fi password, door lock password, and detailed address will be sent via text message 2 days before check-in. * Smoking is not allowed indoors. If smoking occurs indoors, a cleaning fee will be charged and you will be asked to leave. * Please use the outdoor terrace for smoking. * No additional visitors or overnight stays are allowed beyond the contracted party. * Pets are not allowed if they are not trained for indoor living. * We conduct pest control twice a week, but please understand that due to our location in nature, it is difficult to completely block insects from entering from outside. * If room items are damaged, a fee may be charged.
Pyoseon downtown, the beach, and tourist attractions are located 5-10 minutes away by car, making it convenient to live here. All delivery food is available! Jeju Island has almost no sidewalks except for the downtown area and main roads. Since there are no sidewalks near the accommodation, walking around the accommodation is difficult. There is a sports field, Haevichi Beach, and Olle-gil course 5 minutes away by car.
If excessive use results in maintenance fees, you may be charged for them.
