1) A newly built (2022) building with secure access via a shared entrance passcode. 2) Newly furnished and equipped; both the space and facilities are clean and well-maintained. 3) The master bedroom features blackout curtains. 4) Fully furnished and equipped with a bed, TV, vanity, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, etc. 5) The TV is mounted on a movable stand (Samsung 'Stand by Me' style) and supports Netflix streaming. 6) The layout consists of a master bedroom, a smaller second room, and a combined living room and kitchen area. 7) The bathroom is spacious and clean. 8) Ceiling-mounted air conditioners are installed in both the living room and the master bedroom. *As this property is listed for sale, your cooperation is requested regarding visits by real estate agents.
1) It is a 10-minute walk to Deungchon Station (Line 9). 2) There is a bus stop right in front of the building. (Bus stops: I-Park Apartments, Baekseok Middle School, Siloam Eye Hospital)

It was well-equipped with everything I needed and really great :) It was convenient having the airport bus and a regular bus stop right out front. The host was kind, and I’d love to stay here again.
