There are 3 double beds and 1 bunk bed, so it is a space where up to 8 people can stay comfortably. Each room is equipped with individual air conditioning, so you can close the door and use it as an independent space. :)

Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a video on how to find the accommodation. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. (A fine of 300,000 won will be imposed if caught) Any additional guests visiting must be reported to the host.
It is within a 10-minute walk of Hangang Park. There is a CU convenience store within a 50m radius of the accommodation. There is a public parking lot that can be reached on foot from the accommodation, although it is uphill.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.
