There are two convenience stores (GS25 and 7-Eleven) on the first floor of the building. Located in the heart of Daegu, it offers easy access to anywhere in the city. An additional fee of 50,000 KRW per person per week applies for any guests beyond the initial two. Vehicle registration within the building—please inquire in advance. Free parking registration is available for one-month contracts. However, for one-week reservations, you must use external paid parking lots. There are three external paid parking lots right in front of the building.
Please make sure to turn off the air conditioner and other utilities (electricity, gas, water, etc.) when you go out.

I chose this accommodation for a trip to Daegu with my 7-year-old child. Its location right in front of Banwoldang Station Exit 5 made transportation very convenient. It was easy to walk to Dongseong-ro, where there are plenty of things for a child to enjoy. The area around Banwoldang also offered great convenience, with nearby attractions and dining options like a kids' cafe, Dining One Buffet, LaLa Cost, Hyundai Department Store, and Dong-A Department Store. Although just the two of us stayed there, the space is well-set up to accommodate up to three people. Most importantly, the host was responsive and attentive to our needs, ensuring we had a wonderful stay for the week.
