This is a well-maintained, older two-story house featuring a living room with natural wood finishes—a healthy choice for your well-being. It comes fully equipped with a TV and all the essentials, so you can simply move in with just your personal belongings.
It is about a 20-minute drive from Tongyeong Terminal, and public transportation is convenient as buses run frequently from the stop right in front of the house.

There are no management fees; simply use the heating and electricity sensibly, just as you would in your own home.
We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owner was kind—even moving his own car to make room for our large Solati van—and we had a great time relaxing. We visited as a large group of ten, so having two bathrooms, three bedrooms, a spacious living room, and a separate kitchen was fantastic. Best of all, the place was fully equipped with everything we needed. ^^
