We are a couple from Anyang with a simple dream of living here for a week. We were looking for a quiet place away from the city center with its many tall buildings and apartments, and we found this place. What we liked most was that it's in the old city center, which has many old, famous restaurants. There's a place called Daebokjip in front that serves gamjatang (pork bone soup) and galchi-jorim (braised hairtail fish). If you eat there and then have a cup of coffee, you can start your day feeling great. I highly recommend it. I heard the owners are artists, and when I looked, I saw they were running a studio on the first floor. I'm also in the arts, so I felt a shy, inner connection. The accommodation was comfortable. The interior was clean, and all the basic kitchenware was provided. I especially loved that there was a room inside where we could eat together. After our trip, we came back and enjoyed a glass of wine together. 🥹 We had a fun and relaxing stay and are now heading home!

We are an artist couple who run a cultural complex called Jeolchung-an. :)
