Check-in is conducted on a contactless basis. We will provide the room access code and check-in instructions between 2:50 PM and 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. (Please contact us directly if you wish to adjust your check-in or check-out times; we will accommodate your request, taking cleaning schedules into consideration.) * Standard occupancy: Up to 2 guests. For each additional guest beyond 2, a fee of ₩10,000 per person, per night applies. (Maximum capacity is 4 guests.)
Resident registration is not permitted. Parking registration within the building is not available; therefore, parking is subject to a fee. (Parking fees are 2,000 KRW per hour, with a maximum of 20,000 KRW per day (24 hours). Paid parking is available at the guest's expense.) [Security personnel will direct you to the available underground parking levels upon your arrival.] Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited. If you smoke indoors (including e-cigarettes) or bring pets, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately. Additionally, a professional cleaning fee of 300,000 to 500,000 KRW will be charged, and no rent refunds will be issued. Using the unit as a party venue is prohibited. If complaints regarding noise arise, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, and no rent refunds will be issued. Eating or drinking in bed is strictly prohibited. If bedding becomes soiled (due to food, cosmetics, etc.), a separate replacement fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged. An Incheon Airport bus stop is located just 3 minutes away, making it convenient to travel to Incheon Airport. Recycling and general waste disposal areas are located near the parking lot on the 1st floor. The property is located within walking distance of the Dongmyo Flea Market, Dongmyo Park, and the Cheonggyecheon Stream walking paths. As this is a short-term rental property rather than a hotel, you are responsible for cleaning, taking out the trash, doing laundry, and washing dishes during your stay. Since this is a short-term rental, if you wish to use a laundry service for your bedding during your stay, we provide this service for a fee of 20,000 KRW per wash. Please send us a text message if you would like to have your bedding laundered during your stay.
All utility charges—including internet, city gas, electricity, water, and management fees—are included in the monthly management fee. However, additional charges may be requested in the event of excessive usage.
