A PC is provided for your use (online lectures, web browsing, YouTube, document editing, etc.). Includes access to 230 TV channels, internet, and Wi-Fi.

Check-in is contactless. We will provide the room access code and check-in instructions between 2:50 PM and 3:00 PM on the day of your arrival. Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. (Please contact us directly if you wish to adjust the check-in or check-out times; we will accommodate requests based on cleaning schedules.) * Standard occupancy: Up to 2 people. For each additional person beyond two, there is a surcharge of ₩10,000 per day. (Maximum capacity is 4 people.)
Resident registration (moving-in report) is not permitted. On-site parking registration is not available; paid parking is required. (Parking fees are 2,000 KRW per hour, with a maximum of 20,000 KRW per day (24 hours); guests are responsible for the cost.) [A security guard will direct you to the available underground parking level upon arrival.] Indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) and pets are strictly prohibited. If indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) or the presence of pets is detected, you will be required to leave immediately, charged an additional professional cleaning fee of 300,000–500,000 KRW, and no rent refund will be issued. Parties are prohibited, and if noise complaints arise, you will be required to leave immediately, and no rent refund will be issued. Eating or drinking in bed is strictly prohibited. If bedding becomes soiled (e.g., by food, cosmetics), a separate replacement fee of 100,000 KRW will be charged. An Incheon Airport bus stop is located just 3 minutes away, making it convenient to travel to the airport. Recycling and trash disposal areas are located near the first-floor parking lot. The property is within walking distance of Dongmyo Second-hand Market, Dongmyo Park, and the Cheonggyecheon Stream walking path. As this is a short-term rental rather than a hotel or guesthouse, you are responsible for cleaning, trash disposal, laundry, and dishwashing during your stay. Since this is a short-term rental rather than a hotel, if you wish to use a laundry service for bedding during your stay, we offer this service for a fee of 20,000 KRW per wash. Please send a text message if you would like bedding laundered during your stay.
All utility costs—including internet, city gas, electricity, water, and management fees—are included in the management fee. However, additional charges may be requested in cases of excessive usage.
