All utility charges are included in the management fee. However, if usage significantly exceeds the average during the summer (electricity) or winter (gas), additional charges may be billed upon checkout. *Important Information (Please Read Before Booking)! During the winter season (November–February), if gas costs become excessive due to excessive heating or hot water usage, guests will be billed for the amount exceeding the standard management fee. (This will be verified during the checkout inspection.) * Gas cost standard: 25,000 KRW per week / 100,000 KRW per month.
I came to Jeonju for on-site work and initially considered staying at a motel, but I booked a place through SamSamM2 instead; I had a great five-week stay in a spotless home. I would have regretted it if I’d stayed at a motel. ^^;; I have frequent business trips to other regions, so I’ll definitely be using SamSamM2 often.
