The maintenance fee covers all utilities, including electricity, water, gas, cable TV, and internet. However, if usage exceeds the included allowance, additional charges will apply (based on meter readings). Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited. If you bring a pet, and any damage or staining occurs to appliances, furniture, flooring, or wallpaper, you may be charged for full wallpaper and flooring replacement depending on the extent of the damage. An additional cleaning fee of 100,000 KRW applies for pets. These policies are in place to ensure a pleasant environment for all guests, so please take note of them before your stay.

It was incredibly clean, and I really appreciated having kitchenware available; the large refrigerator was a great plus, too. The bed was spacious, and the bedding was clean. It’s only a 5-minute walk from Bucheon St. Mary's Hospital, so it's a place I’d definitely recommend to my juniors. I had a wonderful stay over the past two months—thank you!
