This is a remodeled apartment with a total area of 43 pyeong (approx. 1,530 sq. ft.). It features four spacious rooms, offering a clean and comfortable living environment. Although it is on the first floor, the balcony faces a *piloti* structure (an open space on the ground level), ensuring privacy from the outside; the view of trees through the windows creates a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Being on the ground floor is also a major advantage for families with children, allowing them to live comfortably. The Jungnangcheon Stream walking path is just a five-minute walk away, and the Seoul Forest and Seongsu areas are nearby, making it a great location for taking walks and visiting cafes. We originally renovated this home for our own use starting in February 2026, but due to unforeseen circumstances, we are now offering it for short-term rental. You will find it a very comfortable place to stay!

It is conveniently located near Seoul Forest and Eungbongsan Mountain, making it a great spot for walks, while the Jungnangcheon Stream trail offers an excellent environment for exercise, cycling, and strolling. Eungbong Elementary School and Gwanghui Middle School are within a five-minute walk, and Seoul Forest is just ten minutes away. Hanyang University Hospital is also accessible within a ten-minute drive. Wangsimni E-Mart is a five-minute drive away, and a convenience store is within a five-minute walk, ensuring a convenient lifestyle. It is a wonderful home for comfortable living in a quiet residential area.

Our family of four—two adults and two children—stayed here during our visit to Korea. To sum it up, it was a truly comfortable and satisfying place to stay. When choosing accommodation, our top priorities were an environment where we could comfortably stay with our children and a location that made it easy to get around Seoul; this place met both criteria perfectly. The space was ample for a family of four, and it was thoughtfully equipped with everything from large appliances and furniture to everyday essentials like tissues and laundry detergent, so we never felt like anything was missing. The bedding was also very comfortable, allowing us to get plenty of rest. Being located on the ground floor meant we didn't have to worry about noise disturbing neighbors when the kids moved around, and with several playgrounds in the complex—including one right in front of the unit—the children had a wonderful time playing. We were also very pleased with the location. It was convenient for traveling around Seoul, and since Seoul Forest was just across a large bridge from the complex, it was perfect for taking a walk or a casual outing on days when we just wanted to stay close to home. Above all, the host’s thoughtfulness and attentiveness made our stay even more comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next visit to Korea and would highly recommend it to family and friends.
