It has good infrastructure such as department stores, E-Mart, traditional markets, cafes, hospitals, convenience stores, pharmacies, etc. It is fully equipped with everything you need, so you just need to bring yourself.
It is a 2-minute walk to Mia Station Exit 5 and less than a 1-minute walk to the bus stop. Nearby, you'll find markets, department stores, hospitals, convenience stores, and famous restaurants, making it very convenient and safe to live here.
The contract will be processed remotely. Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a message with usage instructions. Smoking is not allowed indoors. Pets are not allowed.
Excessive use of included items may result in additional management fees.
