Two major bus stops are a 3-4 minute walk away. ■Free parking is available right next door.

There is a convenience store, supermarket, bakery, cafe, and free public parking nearby, but it is also in a quiet location. 1. Please be mindful of noise after 11 PM to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 2. Pets are not allowed in the building due to building regulations. 3. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. (Smoking is allowed in the designated smoking area in front of the building and on the rooftop.)
The price includes all utilities, such as electricity, gas, water, and internet. There are no separate charges.
