It's set up for actual living to make your stay of 2 weeks or more comfortable, whether for hospital treatment/caregiver stays 🏥, business trips/remote work 💼, academy/exam preparation 📚, or during the gap period of moving/interior design 🏠. 🌍 I am a FRIENDLY landlord who has experience living abroad and moving houses, and I can communicate in Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese. (This is a highly satisfactory home even for acquaintances coming from abroad.^^) 🛏 It's more comfortable than a hotel and more flexible than a monthly rental. You can move in and start living right away with just your luggage. 📩 I will reply to inquiries as quickly as possible. The management fee includes all utility bills such as electricity, water, gas, and internet. 💡 However, if excessive use beyond the normal range is confirmed, additional management fees may be charged. If you bring a pet, an additional 80,000 won per week will be charged for special cleaning to prevent contamination and damage. 🐶🐱 We maintain a clean environment, and pets are only allowed with prior agreement. *Since short-term rentals are not accommodation services, bedding and disposable items are not provided. Amazing location right in front of Hapjeong Station and within walking distance of the bustling Hongdae area, with plenty of options for food and shopping. I would stay here again, but keep in mind that you need to provide your own pillows, blankets, and other amenities. The landlord is responsive and helpful. Thank you for hosting us!
