Being near the Han River, there are many insects such as mayflies and gnats; please keep this in mind. There are many trees in the yard, so you may encounter insects. Refunds are not available due to the presence of insects. While nature offers many joys, it naturally comes with some inconveniences. ^^ Refunds cannot be issued for this reason.

I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Since houses require a lot of upkeep—dealing with bugs and the like—it might not be suitable to rent this place out to people who are sensitive to such things. There was a drying rack, and the weather was great, so I could dry the laundry in the sun without any worries. I can understand why, but a resident from the apartment complex across the street kept parking right in front of the door and garage, assuming the house was unoccupied; I had to call them three times about it. Haha, fortunately, they moved their car, but it was just annoying how the guy driving the Mercedes kept parking in the garage next door... My dad slept well, and the cats loved it too. (Cats don't go for walks, though—haha.) You might want to replace that accordion-style inner door with a different type later on. I’ve settled into the apartment where the interior work was finished. It would be a great place for a "one-month stay" for anyone dreaming of living in a country house. It was convenient being able to use the amenities of the nearby apartment complex.
I had a comfortable and pleasant stay.
