☀️ Enjoy a comfortable stay in this sun-drenched, south-facing home. With its bright and warm atmosphere, it is perfect for stays with family or friends. It features two queen-sized beds and can accommodate up to four guests. It includes a separate kitchen and all essential appliances, such as a washing machine, dryer, refrigerator, microwave, air conditioner, and vacuum cleaner. Amenities include a 40-inch Smart TV (Netflix & YouTube), free Wi-Fi, and access to over 100 cable TV channels. With only two units per floor, it offers a quiet environment, and there is a convenience store right next door! Ample parking space is also available. Even though it is a temporary stay, please make yourself at home and relax. 🌿

Being on the 6th floor made it quiet, the view was great, and having two beds made for a comfortable stay! The air conditioning worked well, and the washer and dryer were modern, which was convenient; however, since many different people stay here, it might be a good idea to carry out regular sanitization.

For your reference, the washer and dryer were purchased within the last six months, and the bedding is washed, dried, and replaced after every guest checks out. We also arrange for professional pest control every three months through Cesco and have the beds professionally sanitized and serviced every six months through Coway.
