This is a remodeled, stylish officetel room. It has a washer and dryer, so you can stay clean during your trip. High floor, elevator available Free parking is available upon prior request.🚗🆓️
5-minute walk from Garak Market Station (Lines 3 and 8) (near Jamsil) and Police Hospital Station. It is close to Suseo Station (SRT) and has good accessibility to Jamsil (Lotte World Tower) and Olympic Park (KSPO DOME). There is an airport bus stop near the accommodation, so you can conveniently come directly from Incheon Airport without transferring (Bus No. 6300). 🚌
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Free parking is available, but the parking lot on the first floor is small, so you may need to park in the underground parking lot using the car lift. (Not available for large vehicles) The water heater has a small capacity, so only a simple hot water shower is possible. This accommodation is not suitable for those who take long showers.
There are many restaurants and coffee shops right in front of the accommodation. ☕️ There is a 24-hour convenience store, making it convenient to use. Starbucks, Olive Young, and Daiso are right nearby. It is convenient to use the nearby large supermarket and Garak Mall Fisheries Market.
Electricity, water, and gas are included. You will only be charged extra if you use them excessively.

The apartment looks just like the photos and is well-equipped for daily living. The host is very polite and helpful. However, cleanliness is paramount to me. I found a significant amount of dust, stains on the table, and sticky glasses. It is difficult to think of a place as a home when there are so many traces of previous residents left behind.
I had a comfortable stay. It was convenient because it had pretty much everything I needed.
