The nearby small hill and Gyeongpo Lake are perfect spots for walking and exercise. A variety of restaurants and a small library are located within 100 meters. Within walking distance of the beach and popular spots like Toetmaru and Donghwa Garden. It is a popular area, yet the accommodation remains quiet and comfortable. There is a city bus stop right in front of the apartment. If you walk about five minutes to the main road, you'll find frequent buses and plenty of taxis. Since taxis can be reserved, I recommend using a ride-hailing service.
The management fee is a fixed 30,000 won per week, while gas and electricity charges are calculated based on actual usage.
It is clean and well-maintained, and the owner is friendly. Above all, the location is excellent. It takes about 15 minutes on foot to reach Gyeongpo Lake (via the path behind the Heo Nanseolheon House) and around 25 minutes to Gangmun Beach at a normal walking pace. The neighborhood—including the country lanes and the area around Chodang-gil—is also great for walking. Highly recommended for those who enjoy walking.

I stayed for two weeks. It was nice because it felt like home. The neighborhood was quiet, and the mountain air was cool and pleasant. It's within walking distance of everything in Chodang, and the sea is also close. The host was also kind, which was nice.
