Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Cooking or consuming foods with strong odors, such as grilled fish or meat, is not permitted indoors. The partition door leading to the 3rd floor is designed to block cold air. As it is made of non-woven fabric, it is fragile and can easily break if you lean or press against it; please exercise caution. There is a cozy rooftop barbecue area on the 3rd floor. (Closed during winter: December–February) The bathroom floor is raised, so please be sure to use the shower curtain while showering. The shower and the sink faucet are integrated into a single unit.
All utility charges are included in the management fee. Additional management fees may be charged in the event of excessive usage of the included utilities.

I stayed here for a short-term rental during my internship, and it was far more satisfying than I had expected. First of all, I loved how clean the room was the moment I opened the door. Everything—from the furniture to the bathroom—was spotless, which made for a great first impression. It was fully furnished (even including a dryer!) and stocked with all the necessary appliances and household items, so I felt right at home throughout my stay. I’ve often been disappointed by the cleanliness of short-term rentals in the past, but this place was clearly well-maintained. The host was also quick to respond, which gave me peace of mind. If I need a place to stay again in the future, I’ll definitely check here first. Thanks for a great stay.
