It was a clean space and comfortable for two people to stay in. I ended up staying longer than originally planned due to a contract extension, and I had a very comfortable stay.
It is located on the ground floor of a villa near Changsin Elementary School. Parking wasn't a problem since most of the street markings in the alley are white lines, and the area is quiet at night. I brought and used my own basic toiletries, such as shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The air conditioning works well, and the unit is equipped with a washing machine, microwave, and a single-burner electric cooktop. There is also a small refrigerator! I stayed here for two weeks on a business trip and had a very comfortable stay despite the hot summer weather.
I really enjoyed my stay over the past month. The location is great, and the room is in excellent condition!
