Cozy Room

The bathroom was a bit small, but the location was great and the bed was comfortable!

▪︎ Communication The host's communication was very prompt, accurate, and friendly from the moment I booked. ▪︎ Location Since it is a hot summer, this was the most important factor for me, so I chose this place and I am very satisfied! - Within a 5-minute walk of Konkuk Univ. Station (Subway Lines 2 & 7) and general/airport bus stops - Department stores, supermarkets, hospitals, Daiso, and theaters are all within a 5-minute walk - A food paradise - Close to the trendy Seongsu area, with excellent accessibility to both Gangnam and Gangbuk ▪︎ Building - Safe with secure entrance passwords and CCTV - Well-maintained hallways, elevators, and recycling areas ensure a pleasant environment upon entry ▪︎ Room - The kitchen/bathroom is separated from the room by a middle door, making the space much neater - Even though the bathroom is small, the window provides excellent ventilation and moisture removal - Really good water pressure - To check the cleanliness immediately after check-in, simply look under the bed; the cleaning is impeccable with not a single speck of dust, and the interior is tidy - Excellent soundproofing with state-of-the-art double-pane windows I barely noticed any noise between floors or walls. Blackout curtains are available. - Since the view is of a park with no buildings facing it, I can comfortably open the window because it's just a tree view. - There is a table, so I can place my laptop and connect a portable TV (using my own cable) to work on a dual monitor setup. - Good Wi-Fi speed. - Equipped with a spacious bed, ceiling air conditioner, refrigerator, clothes rack, full-length mirror, bedside table, etc. - Meticulously arranged fixtures considering the user. ▪︎ If I had to add a few more points: - Suitable for one person; I think it might be too cramped for a long-term stay of two. - The double-pane windows block external noise well, but since the view overlooks a park and a daycare center, the sound of children playing is quite loud during weekday afternoons. I was mostly out so it wasn't a problem for me, but someone who spends a lot of time at the accommodation during weekday afternoons might find it somewhat inconvenient if they open the window. Since I spend a very long time meticulously selecting the accommodation where I stay for a month when I visit Korea once or twice a year, the sense of accomplishment when that choice turns out to be a success is so great that I naturally end up writing a review!

The room is really pretty and clean! And the host is so nice!!
