This is a 12th-floor officetel unit with a great view and convenient accessibility. Amenities such as department stores are within walking distance. Located near major academies (like Sidae Injae), the neighborhood is safe and pleasant, featuring cozy spots for dining, coffee, and pastries. Currently, the unit is unfurnished, containing only the standard built-in fixtures. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. While we adore dogs and cats, we unfortunately cannot allow pets due to the risk of damage to the wallpaper. As this is a short-term rental, resident registration (moving-in report) is not possible. We will send you a separate text message with instructions for check-in and check-out. We will do our best to ensure you have a comfortable and relaxing stay.
