For hygiene reasons, toiletries and personal items are not provided. 🙏 Dispose of trash and food waste according to separate collection regulations. (Wet wipes and food waste are strictly prohibited from being flushed down the toilet as they may cause blockages.) 🙏 An additional special cleaning fee of 300,000 KRW will be deducted from the deposit for any of the following: bedding stains, damage to fixtures, excessive trash, indoor smoking, grilling meat (fishy smell), or pets. 🙏 As this is a shared living space, please maintain quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Violations may result in forced eviction. 🙏 Please inquire about necessary furniture and supplies. Tables, chairs, drying racks, and curtains will be provided in the rooms. A shared dryer will be added.
All utility bills are included in the management fee. If you overuse the included items, you may be asked to pay an additional management fee.

It was the first time someone stayed here after the remodeling, so the interior was clean and very nice. I had a good stay for 6 weeks.
