It’s a spacious, sunlit officetel located just a 2–3 minute walk from Gayang Station. Although the building is a bit older, the host has stocked everything needed for a comfortable stay, so there are no inconveniences at all. The biggest advantage is the convenient parking; even when I came back at 3 AM after a late-night movie, there were still spots available. The air conditioner broke shortly after I moved in, but the host quickly installed a brand-new, modern unit, making the stay very comfortable. There’s a convenience store right on the ground floor and a laundromat nearby. It’s a fantastic location for anyone commuting to Yeouido or working along the Line 9 subway route.
