This is a clean and pleasant home that has been professionally cleaned. The living room offers an impressive night view with an open view. It is very convenient for transportation as it is close to subway and bus stops, and boasts an excellent location within walking distance to Lotte World Tower. Cable TV and internet are available, and it is well-equipped with necessary appliances and furniture such as a washer/dryer combo, refrigerator, wardrobe, and steam iron, so you can live comfortably without any inconvenience. The basic occupancy is 2 people, and please inquire in advance if you wish to add more people. Parking is difficult, but please inquire about vehicle registration for long-term stays.

Convenience / Other • Basic convenience facilities such as convenience stores, pharmacies, and laundromats are distributed within walking distance, making life convenient. Nature & Walks • Seokchon Lake — A well-maintained walking path around the lake, great for morning/evening strolls. (Within walking distance)  • Hangang Park (Jamsil District) — The best place for leisure activities such as cycling, picnics, and play facilities.  Sports & Cultural Facilities • Seoul Sports Complex — A baseball stadium, Olympic main stadium, and sports facilities are gathered here, allowing you to watch games/events.

This is a review based on my actual stay of a few days. I was a bit worried after reading various reviews before checking in, but it seems those negative comments might have been driven by personal grievances—they sounded like a deliberate attempt to badmouth the place. After staying there myself, I was far more satisfied than expected. First of all, the location was incredibly convenient, and the surrounding amenities made for a comfortable stay. Above all, the interior was spotless. The furniture, appliances, and even the tableware felt almost brand new, so I was very pleased with the hygiene. It didn't feel like a place that had been heavily used by others, allowing for a truly pleasant stay. Communication was prompt, and I felt that they really cared about addressing any inquiries I had. Regarding parking, while availability might vary depending on the time of day due to the nature of a large complex, I personally didn't find it inconvenient. The cooling system was also adequate for the size of the space; even relying just on the living room air conditioner, the indoor temperature never felt stuffy or hot. Reviews can be subjective, but based on my actual experience, there was nothing to worry about; overall, it was a clean and comfortable place to stay.
