This is a clean and pleasant home that has been professionally cleaned. The living room offers an impressive night view with an open view. It is very convenient for transportation as it is close to subway and bus stops, and boasts an excellent location within walking distance to Lotte World Tower. Cable TV and internet are available, and it is well-equipped with necessary appliances and furniture such as a washer/dryer combo, refrigerator, wardrobe, and steam iron, so you can live comfortably without any inconvenience. The basic occupancy is 2 people, and please inquire in advance if you wish to add more people. Parking is difficult, but please inquire about vehicle registration for long-term stays.
Subway Line 2 · 8 — Jamsil Station • Accessible within a 5-10 minute walk • It is a transfer station where you can transfer to Lines 2 and 8, so you have a wide range of transportation options.  Subway Line 2 — Jamsil Saenae Station • Accessible within a 3-5 minute walk Bus Stop • Accessible within a 3-5 minute walk / Airport Limousine
Once the contract is confirmed, we will send you a usage guide message. Smoking is not allowed indoors, and pets are not allowed. If the management fee is excessively high, an additional charge will be incurred.
Main Tourist Attractions • Lotte World — An indoor and outdoor theme park that can be enjoyed by both families and couples.  • Lotte World Tower — A great place to relax and enjoy the observatory, shopping, and restaurants all in one place. Shopping / Mart / Lifestyle • Lotte World Mall — A large complex shopping mall where you can find fashion, food, electronics, household goods, and more. • Hanaro Mart and other shops within the complex — You can find everything from basic daily necessities to groceries within the complex.  Cafes & Restaurants • There are various cafes and restaurants concentrated in the local commercial area, and especially around Lotte World, there are many trendy restaurants and dessert cafes.  • Aqua garden cafe Lotte World Tower — A cafe with a great atmosphere, also good for a walk/date. Convenience / Other • Basic convenience facilities such as convenience stores, pharmacies, and laundromats are distributed within walking distance, making life convenient. Nature & Walks • Seokchon Lake — A well-maintained walking path around the lake, great for morning/evening strolls. (Within walking distance)  • Hangang Park (Jamsil District) — The best place for leisure activities such as cycling, picnics, and play facilities.  Sports & Cultural Facilities • Seoul Sports Complex — A baseball stadium, Olympic main stadium, and sports facilities are gathered here, allowing you to watch games/events.

First of all, the location was fantastic! Jamsil Ricenz really has a prime spot. I stayed comfortably without any major issues, and I was especially pleased with how clean everything was! I was a bit worried at first because of some negative reviews, but once I actually stayed there, I realized there was no need to worry at all (maybe the other reviewer was just sensitive?). No need to worry! 😊 If anyone is concerned about parking, I recommend the Jamsil Hangang Park parking lot! It’s connected via an underpass, making it close and convenient to get to the accommodation. Above all, I was so grateful that the host promptly resolved any issues or inconveniences that came up. Everything was satisfactory—from the location and cleanliness to the host's friendly service. Thanks to this, I had a comfortable and pleasant stay! I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you! ❤️
