No pets allowed * Pets are not permitted (except for assistance dogs). Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund. 4. Do not move furniture or fixtures For safety reasons, moving furniture, fixtures, or the TV is prohibited. * We are not liable for damage or accidents caused by unauthorized moving of items; repair costs may be charged. 5. Strictly no indoor smoking (including e-cigarettes) Indoor smoking incurs a fine and cleaning fee of 1 million KRW, and violators will be evicted immediately without a refund. 6. Restrictions on minors/infants * Minors cannot stay without a guardian. * We do not recommend stays for preschool-aged children due to safety concerns. 7.
